Perfect location close to M1 and M25 Staff were very friendly and helpful Next to the services so loads of food and drink choices Free parking if you book direct Rooms Yes there is noise from the motorway but is to be expected booking a hotel on a motorway there was a very very slight smell of weed around and in the room. But was clean and comfy and everything worked as it should I stayed for 4 nights £50 a night you can’t complain a good budget friendly hotel
Room was too hot (30oC) and the thermostat was locked so you couldn't change it! Night staff tried to help but didn't have the PIN for the radiator! Switched it off at the wall - apart from that the room was great. Clean, comfortable and very reasonable price.
Overall comfortable and easy to access from the highway. Rooms are dated, but comfortable, with great shower and a comfortable bed. Big service station with the cafes next door. Great value for money
Not a bad place if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night. Check-in was quick and the staff were polite. The room was fairly basic but clean, although some parts of the hotel look a little worn out. Being in the services is handy for food and parking, but it can be a bit noisy depending on where your room is. Overall it’s decent value for a short stay.
Had a great stay at the Ramada at South Mimms. The staff were excellent—welcoming, professional, and always very helpful. A special thanks to Shibu for making everything smooth and comfortable. His kindness and support really made a difference. Highly recommended!
Absolutely loved my stay! Check in was amazing with a bar service, Starbucks, extra towels, the manager couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming with my never ending questions about facilities which were amazing! Only £5 for parking, my partner used the fitness room for free and the room was incredibly spacious and clean! Had lovely guests staying there also. So Happy I have booked again for a 2 night stay in 2 weeks! Just so impressed all round!
Stayed here for one night while travelling and it did the job. The location right off the M25 is very convenient and there are plenty of food options in the service area. The room was clean enough but the hotel does feel a bit dated and could probably do with some updating. Staff were friendly at check-in and everything was straightforward. Fine for a quick stopover but not somewhere I’d stay for a longer trip
Rooms were very nice and clean. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Location was just what I needed to get to Welwyn garden city for a Christian Conference. Breakfast was very nice and the Waitrose had gluten free Sandwiches with a pizza express nearby.
